You are welcome to provide any feedback, such as adjustments to colors or shades. The artist will make all necessary modifications based on your preferences. Only when you are completely satisfied with the artwork will we ship it to you via FedEx or DHL!

We offer free replacement for damaged items. If your item is damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize. Please send us a message with your order number and photos of the damaged artwork, and we will handle the matter with the shipping company. A replacement will be sent out within a few days.

Unframed/Not stretched
To protect painting well during international shipping, Unframed/Not stretched paintings are ROLLED (Unframed/Not stretched), packed and shipped in a quality Hard paper tube to avoid damages, it’s 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat status once you stretch it on a wooden base. You can decide to frame it or simply stretch/gallery wrap it, it's beautiful both way.
There is ADDITIONAL 2"-5" white margin/border around the image, it should be enough for all kind of wooden stretch bars.

If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please inspect the package in front of the courier.
If you cannot check the damage in front of the courier, skip the first step and follow the second step by contacting us with the photos.
