Refund policy

At Artpnt, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the order or communicate with us to arrange a refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaged securely in the original strong paper tube. Please note, framed paintings are not eligible for return or exchange.

As all our paintings are 100% handmade, if you cancel your order for any reason more than 10 days after the purchase, a production fee of $50 to $150 USD will apply, depending on the complexity of the artwork.

For items damaged during shipping, we offer complimentary exchanges. If your artwork arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we will take care of the issue with the courier company. A replacement will be shipped to you within just a few days.

We cover the shipping costs for all products, but any customs or tariff fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will assist you with customs clearance to the best of our ability. If the product has no quality issues but still needs to be returned, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
