Product Production Time
The production time depends on the type of artwork you purchase:
- In-stock Items: Shipped within 3 business days.
- Custom Paintings: You will receive your order approximately 1-3 weeks after placing it.

Packaging
All artworks are packaged according to standardized processes to ensure safe delivery:
- Canvas Artworks: Rolled and shipped in sturdy, high-quality tubes. This method is especially suitable for large pieces and helps reduce shipping costs. Upon receipt, you can easily stretch the canvas or have it framed by a local framer.
- Small Framed or Stretched Artworks: Shipped flat in reinforced cardboard boxes.
- Large Framed Artworks: Shipped in robust wooden crates designed to protect the artwork during transport.
Order Updates
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be updated. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service at support@artpnt.com before shipment, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Cancellation
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact support@artpnt.com or log into your account to cancel.
Shipping and Delivery
- Worldwide Shipping: We offer free global shipping.
- Shipping Companies: We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.
- Shipping Time: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Detailed shipping information will be provided in your confirmation email.
Return and Exchange Policy
We aim for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the received artwork, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original packaging and condition.
- Return Process: Please contact support@artpnt.com to initiate the return process.
- Refund Time: We will process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days, while PayPal refunds typically appear within 3 business days.
Damaged Goods
If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please inspect the package in front of the courier.
- Confirm Damage: If damage is observed, ask the courier to note “Item Damaged” on the delivery receipt, and you can keep the package.
- Provide Evidence: Take photos of the damaged artwork and packaging, and contact us at support@artpnt.com. We will work with the courier to arrange for a replacement.
If you cannot check the damage in front of the courier, skip the first step and follow the second step by contacting us with the photos.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- PayPal: You can pay with a debit or credit card through PayPal.
International Taxes and Duties
Orders may be subject to import taxes and local duties applicable in the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we will assist with customs procedures as needed.
