We offer free replacement for damaged items. If your item is damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize. Please send us a message with your order number and photos of the damaged artwork, and we will handle the matter with the shipping company. A replacement will be sent out within a few days.

Unframed/Not stretched To protect painting well during international shipping, Unframed/Not stretched paintings are ROLLED (Unframed/Not stretched), packed and shipped in a quality Hard paper tube to avoid damages, it’s 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat status once you stretch it on a wooden base. You can decide to frame it or simply stretch/gallery wrap it, it's beautiful both way.
There is ADDITIONAL 2"-5" white margin/border around the image, it should be enough for all kind of wooden stretch bars.

Packaging
All artworks are packaged according to standardized processes to ensure safe delivery:
Canvas Artworks: Rolled and shipped in sturdy, high-quality tubes. This method is especially suitable for large pieces and helps reduce shipping costs. Upon receipt, you can easily stretch the canvas or have it framed by a local framer.
Small Framed or Stretched Artworks: Shipped flat in reinforced cardboard boxes.
Large Framed Artworks: Shipped in robust wooden crates designed to protect the artwork during transport.
Order Updates
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be updated. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service at support@artpnt.com before shipment, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Cancellation

Refund Time: We will process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days, while PayPal refunds typically appear within 3 business days.
Damaged Goods
If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please inspect the package in front of the courier.
Confirm Damage: If damage is observed, ask the courier to note “Item Damaged” on the delivery receipt, and you can keep the package.
Provide Evidence: Take photos of the damaged artwork and packaging, and contact us at support@artpnt.com. We will work with the courier to arrange for a replacement.
If you cannot check the damage in front of the courier, skip the first step and follow the second step by contacting us with the photos.
